Most AI consultancies stop at advice. They audit, roadmap, and hand over a strategy document. Tiadara was built on the opposite idea: the people who help you ship AI should be the same people who ship AI for themselves every week.
That is why we operate our own products in production. We encounter the same model drift, data quality issues, integration edge cases, and cost surprises that our clients face. The lessons go straight back into client work.

Michael Olufuwa founded Tiadara to build AI products in production and help other companies do the same. He leads the studio's product and consulting work.
Under his leadership, Tiadara ships its own AI products — starting with Meridian, an SEO intelligence tool used inside Claude — while running implementation and build engagements for clients who need production-grade AI.
